K.R.E.A.M

Ok, so everyone that knows me knows that I've been a dedicated sneaker head for as long as I could remember. I love the chance of just finding out and searching for rare/exotic kicks that aren't sold in any of the mainstream stores, such as Foot Locker or Dr. Jays. Its also been fun being able to travel to different stores in different cities for these shoes, and then selling them for more at conventions and online. In a way I suppose I consider it to be my "side hustle" (next to photography of course). But anyways I digress; today I'm going to be talking about my latest pickup, and one of my personal favorites, The Nike SB shoe "Hunters" aka the "Reese Forbes 2".

These shoes were released back in August 2004 and designed by Asian rap star. After designing the shoe, Nike released the shoe on his birthday as a dedication to him. The shoe features a forest design seen running throughout the majority of the shoe, a stitched string-like upper/tongue and orange canvas Nike Swoosh as well as Orange mesh interior.  The Lace Locks didn't originally come with the shoe, but the guy who sold me them gave it to me as a way to spread news about his Brand. It was a sick addition to the shoe, as well as a lucky find for me.

The first time I saw these was when I attended my first Dunkxchange back in early 2008. I was amazed to see al the different types of Jordans and Nikes they had there, and then I saw these. I found these so different from the typical shoes I came across in New York at the time, and had such a fresh original look to it. I unfortunately couldn't buy them at that time because these were hard to find in my size. Finally, after 5 years of poking around I found them in my size, and made them my own. And unlike a lot of my past kicks, I have zero intensions of putting these up for sale; these I plan on keeping for as long as I can. Anyways, thank you guys for reading my review/update, and remember to leave a comment below to let me know what you guys think of my post. Godspeed.
